Returns

JILL STUART eyewear is committed to providing the highest quality products and service to all of our customers. If you are unhappy with your glasses for whatever reason, you have the right to return the unused product within 14 days.

All products must be unworn and returned in re-sellable condition, complete with attached JILL STUART eyewear hangtags and all of the original packaging. This includes (but is not limited to) cleaning cloths and any accessories sold with the product.

Products must be returned within 14 days of being received by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and any postage or additional costs incurred in returning a product are the responsibility of the customer.

If you have an international order and are returning an item as a result of a mistake made by JILL STUART eyewear, we will arrange free collection of the package.

Returns Center

If your order does not appear as available for a return request, please contact jssupport@jillstuarteyes.com.

Please include a copy of your original invoice in your return package, as well as the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number provided to you when your return request was approved.

Once an RMA has been issued, the item to be returned must be shipped within 14 days.

When sending a return, please note that the package is your responsibility until it reaches us. This means you are also responsible for the postage and any additional costs incurred.

You can select the carrier of your choice, but we recommend using a traceable carrier, and ask that you provide us with a tracking number for your package as soon as it is made available. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned product does not meet our policy requirements.

Refunds

Once your product has arrived at our warehouse and been assessed as in satisfactory condition to be returned, we will process your refund. Please be patient. You will receive a confirmation email informing you of your refund, but this process may take up to 14 business days from the date your returned product is received by our warehouse.

Only items that have been purchased directly on www.jillstuarteyes.com can be returned to us. JILL STUART eyewear products purchased through our official retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

Non-returnable items

Sale items discounted by 40% or more are non-returnable unless the item is faulty or has quality issues. Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer an exchange service. If you would like to exchange your product for a different model, please return it as instructed above and place a new order.
