ORDER & SHIPPING
Order and Shipping
You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order is successfully placed. Online orders are shipped from our logistic partner in Hong Kong. Unless other arrangements are made, your order will be delivered to the address you provide at checkout.
Once your order is ready to ship, you will be emailed a tracking number which you can use to see where your package is currently located. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be activated. If no updates are available, please check back later.
Once the product leaves the JILL STUART eyewear warehouse, it is the responsibility of the carrier and customer. Your order will be delivered by Fedex, DHL Express or SF Express and cannot be delivered to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes. Your signature may be required upon delivery. The carrier’s terms and conditions apply, and may be found at their website.
Items may be subject to customs inspection and duty, if applicable. Customs clearance is not included in your delivery standard/transit time.
Where We Ship
We ship to many destinations in APAC, including Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Cambodia, Australia and New Zealand. We offer free shipping to Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan. We also offer Fedex and DHL Express free standard shipping to other APAC destinations for orders of 150 USD or above, and express shipping for orders of 300 USD or above.
JILL STUART eyewear aims to process your order within 48 hours of it being placed, but we only ship orders between 9am and 5pm HKT from Monday to Friday. We do not offer delivery on weekends or public holidays.
Please note that during busy holiday periods, orders may take longer than usual to process. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to ship.
The estimated delivery time is determined by the shipping date, carrier and method selected. It does not constitute a guarantee.
For standard shipments, the estimated delivery time after pick-up by Fedex/DHL/SF Express is 1-5 business days. Depending on your location, it may take longer.
For express shipments, the service cost is 25 USD, and the estimated delivery time after pick-up by Fedex/DHL/SF Express is 1-3 business days. Again, depending on your location, it may take longer.
International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures in their destination country/region. JILL STUART eyewear is not responsible for any delays caused by these procedures.
- Free shipping to Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China and Taiwan via SF Express.
- Other APAC countries: 20 USD for Fedex/DHL Express, or free for orders of 150 USD or more.
- 25 USD for Fedex/DHL Express, or free for orders of 300 USD or more.
Taxes & Duties
You may be liable for customs and import duties and taxes, quotas, permits, product restrictions or other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package directly to the carrier to release your order from customs upon arrival.
The price you pay to JILL STUART eyewear does not include any relevant import duties, taxes or additional charges. JILL STUART eyewear has no control over these charges, and will not be liable for them. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please check the requirements in your country before placing an order.
When ordering from www.jillstuarteyes.com, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
You authorize us to designate a carrier (Fedex/DHL Express/SF Express) to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise and advance (on your behalf) any duties and taxes owed by you.
All prices listed on our website are in US dollars, and you will be charged in US dollars. The bank that has issued your card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged, but in general, it should closely match the current rate.
